Join the Pape’ Team! WHAT YOU’LL DO: In this Outside Sales role,
you will be in a lucrative career where your earning potential and
success are unlimited! Your primary focus will be serving as a
trusted advisor to customers, selling medium and heavy-duty truck
parts and service packages, and ensuring our customers’ trucks
operate at peak performance throughout its lifecycle. Once the
customer purchases a truck from us, you take the lead in keeping
them running strong. You’ll serve as the vital link between Pape’s
Parts and Service Departments and the customers who depend on our
trucks every day. Daily Responsibilities: Driving
relationship-based sales by understanding customer needs, building
rapport, and becoming their go-to resource for all things parts and
service. Providing tailored solutions by recommending the right
parts, maintenance, and service packages to maximize truck uptime
and reliability. Proactively managing accounts , identifying
opportunities to grow sales, and helping customers avoid costly
downtime through preventative care. Collaborating internally with
our technical teams to ensure the highest levels of customer
satisfaction and product support. This team member will make daily
trips to the Mat- Su Valley as well as frequent visits to the Kenai

NEED: Self-motivation and the desire to win. Excellent
communication skills, including the ability to form strong
relationships with customers. Experience planning, developing, and
executing sales action plans. Knowledge and experience in medium
and heavy-duty truck parts and service. Experience working with CRM
software, sales tracking tools, and basic business reporting.
Driver’s license with a good driving record. Compensation: Salary
