Job Description:
Guardian Flight, a leader in air medical transport, seeks an
experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to ensure the highest
standards of aircraft safety and readiness. Located at various
strategic points, our technicians provide critical maintenance
services to our specialized fleet of fixed-wing and rotary
aircraft, playing a key role in our mission to deliver timely,
high-quality emergency response. The ideal candidate will bring a
robust knowledge of aircraft systems, a dedication to safety, and a
commitment to rapid, thorough work. Perform routine and emergency
maintenance on all aircraft in the fleet. Inspect aircraft
according to FAA regulations and company standards. Diagnose and
repair electrical and mechanical issues. Maintain detailed records
of all maintenance work. Collaborate with operations teams to
schedule maintenance and minimize downtime. Ensure all maintenance
activities adhere to safety standards. Provide feedback and reports
to management on potential improvements or ongoing concerns.
In-depth knowledge of aircraft mechanical and electrical systems
Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and
handle emergency situations effectively Excellent communication and
teamwork abilities Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
required. Any additional FAA certifications considered a plus
