Schedule: Day Shift | 5×8s (Mon–Fri) | Shift between 07:00 – 17:00
Charting: Epic Setting: Acute Care Hospital Requirements: - Active
Alaska RN License (required for auto offer) - BLS Certification -
Minimum 1 year Acute Care experience - Epic EMR experience required
Responsibilities: - Discharge planning and care coordination -
Utilization review and needs assessment - Ordering DME and
developing patient care plans - Collaborating with
