ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Soldotna, Alaska. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 16 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details: • Work five 8-hour shifts per 7-day work week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM • On-call requirements as needed (new service with call schedule to be determined based on staffing) • Some weekends may be required based on staffing needs • Perform circulating, scrubbing, and hemodynamic monitoring duties for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures • Provide pre-procedural, intra-procedural, and post-procedural patient care and assessment • Support interventional radiology procedures, holding area procedures, and imaging department nursing care • Administer moderate sedation and provide comprehensive patient instruction • Manage assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment in the cardiac cath lab • Prepare and maintain all pertinent procedure-related documentation • Work with EPIC charting system • Minimum 2 years nursing experience in cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology required • Required certifications: Alaska RN license, BLS-AHA, ACLS-AHA upon hire, PALS or ENPC within 6 months • Must demonstrate competence in cardiac physiology/pathology, 12-Lead EKG interpretation, and physiologic monitoring • Experience with radiographic equipment and pacemaker operations required • Scrubs dress code required • Comprehensive orientation program includes service partner orientation and department-specific training Facility: This healthcare organization is launching a new cardiac catheterization lab service line, representing an expansion of specialized cardiovascular services.
