Pay: $2,034 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Alaska Regional Hospital Physical Therapist Days 4 days, 10 hour shifts, rotating schedule to include weekends13 Weeks Unit Information: (insert name) Location: Alaska Regional Hospital Address: 2801 Debarr Road, Anchorage AK 99508 Floor: 5th Building: Main Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 175 Number of Staff 60 therapy providers, (PT,OT,SLPs, PTAs, COTAs) Shift for the Traveler 10 hour days to include heavy weekend rotation Type of staff: inpatient acute care facility o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift - Patient Ratios 8-10 patient daily Type of equipment - EMR EPIC On Call Requirements- N/A Weekend Requirements: Yes, 2-3 weekends per month Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
