Job Description:
This is a labor pool from which the Institute for Social and
Economic Research (ISER), Center for Behavioral Health Research and
Sciences (CBHRS), College of Engineering (CoEng), College of
Business and Public Policy (CBPP), Career Technical College (CTC),
and School of Education will draw when graduate research assistants
are needed to work on sponsored projects. The position may be part
or full time. Incumbents will join faculty and researchers who are
active in conducting research in various disciplines. This will
include working on one or more funded projects in these research
areas under the guidance of Principal Investigators. Minimum
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and enrollment in a graduate
program at the University of Alaska. Position Details: This
position is located on the UAA campus in Anchorage, and flexible
on-site/hybrid work arrangements may be considered in accordance
with UA regulations. Student pay is determined based on degree
level. Master's students are paid $25.17 hourly equivalent. PhD
students are paid $29.80 hourly equivalent. This position is
represented by the Alaska Graduate Workers Association (AGWA/UAW).
