Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Offset Press Operator
who is career-minded and eager to grow within our company. This
role is not just a job-it's an opportunity to build a lasting

You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our Heidelberg
Speedmaster to produce high-quality printed materials. Key
Responsibilities: Heidelberg Speedmaster: Set up and run Heidelberg
Speedmaster efficiently. Quality Control: Ensure printed materials
meet high-quality standards by monitoring color accuracy,
registration, and overall print quality. Routine Maintenance:
Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
and maximize press longevity. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve
mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime. Inventory
Management: Monitor and manage ink, paper, and other printing
supplies to maintain smooth operations. Safety Compliance: Follow
safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with prepress and finishing teams to
maintain a seamless workflow. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum
of 2 years operating offset printing presses. Full color and spot.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of printing techniques, press
maintenance, and color management. Career Mindset: Looking for a
