good.Your impactWe are seeking for a qualified and motivated person
for Ports & Maritime (P&M) Coastal Engineer/Project Manager for
the Alaska and US Northwest region. In this role, you'll have the
opportunity to make a strong contribution towards our bold, market
disruptive strategy, project delivery and the growth roadmap for
the US Northwest. You'll be part of our Americas Northwest team and
play a key role on regional growth by delivering projects,
participating in P&M opportunities, and supporting other
markets. As a Coastal Engineer/Project Manager, you will lead the
delivery of coastal marine projects across Alaska and the
Northwest. You will be responsible for managing a team to deliver
technical design work that includes the preparation of design
calculations, drawings, and reports. You will lead
multi-disciplinary project teams to execute and deliver safe
technical solutions to agreed standards, scope, on-time, and within
budget. You will have established your reputation for the highest
standards of service and technical delivery across a broad range of
projects.Primary Job Responsibilities: - Coastal engineering and
marine project delivery within a multi-disciplinary and
multi-geographic environment. - Inter-discipline and inter-office
project planning, delivery, and financial performance. - Technical
leadership and quality management of project deliverables.Technical
and professional leadership, support, and development of the team.
- Adherence and contribution to business and quality management
systems. - Communication with clients and other design team
members. Support sales activity to deliver sustainable growth
including preparation of proposals.We value collaboration and

deliver their best work.Here's what you'll need - 8 years minimum
experience working in marine and coastal projects in Alaska -
Required PE license in AK or ability to obtain within 6 months -
Relevant degree in Coastal, Civil, Marine or Ocean Engineering -
Proven experience managing projects, leading multidisciplinary
teams - Progressive ability to technically manage the design of
coastal and maritime projects, including preparation of project
deliverables, managing quality, program, and resources -
Experienced in working within teams within fast-paced environment -
Ability and willingness to network throughout the Jacobs
organization, nationally and internationally, to deliver the best
results for our clients, our staff, and our projects - Strong
organizational, management and research skills with the ability to
manage multiple projects at a time - Excellent report writing
skills - The ability to travel within AlaskaIdeally, you'll also
have: - Experience working in marine and coastal projects US
Northwest region - PE license in WA, OR and/or HI - Master's degree
in a related discipline - Experience with coastal engineering

for this position is $121,300.00 to $212,200.00. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
