Ability to pass SIDA badging as the restaurant is located behind security. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and computer literate. Demonstrated ability to lead and respond efficiently to unanticipated problems. Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills Conceptual understanding of American cuisine and culinary techniques. Experience in managing inventory, portion control, and food costs. Strong leadership skills with a focus on employee development and performance standards.
