Observe and assist with service to ensure the lodge provides the highest quality customer serviceAssist with Housekeeping flips and organizing the housekeeping areaAssist with the delivery of luggage to cabins to ensure guests' belongings are accurately accounted forResponsible for setting cleanliness standards for the employee housing and holding team members accountable to those standardsAssist in the supervision of all Guest Service Agents as directedProvide real-time feedback to Guest Service Agents as neededResponsible for hosting employee eventsWork closely with fellow team members to ensure on-time vessel departuresAssist with ordering of dry goods About Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
