COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM) Hiring Range $229,694.40 to $321,568.00 Pay Range $229,694.40 to $367,515.20 No tax state Relocation - $30k Sign-on 10% of base salary Retention: 10% of salary year mark CME: 5 days allowance Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH Annual Base Increase up to 7% PTO: Yes - Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays!
