Med/Surg RN in Anchorage, Alaska, 99508! Job Opportunity – Medical
Surgical RN – Alaska Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Anchorage,
Alaska Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM),
36 hours per week guaranteed, 3 weekend shifts per month
Highlights: 13-week assignment in a 25-bed Medical Surgical unit
Patient ratio of 6:1 with strong support staff including Charge RN
and CNAs Epic EMR system No on-call requirements Collaborative team
environment with 65 unit staff members Opportunity to float to
specialty units including SPCU, CVSU, Orthopedics, and
Rehabilitation Requirements: Active Alaska RN license (or
willingness to obtain) Current BLS certification required ACLS
certification preferred Telemetry knowledge preferred Chemotherapy
certification a plus Experience with head-to-toe assessments,
IV/NG/Foley placement, wound care, and activities of daily living
