Clinic RN - Express Care AK at Providence Health and Services summary: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering professional nursing care in an urgent/express care clinic, coordinating patient care, assisting providers, and serving as a liaison and patient educator. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active Alaska RN license (and Nurse Licensure Compact); BSN and hospital experience preferred. Full-time, on-site role in Providence Ambulatory/Express Care focusing on same-day ambulatory and urgent care services with standard employee benefits and pay range $41.37–$64.23/hr. Description The Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for providing professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Assists providers and staff in coordinating patient care and acts as a patient education resource. Functions as primary liaison between patients and providers. Key functions and specific skills for the job are found in the unit specific onboarding checklist and in standards that are applicable to the specialty. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
