Responsibilities include managing a 4:1 patient ratio on a 19-bed stepdown unit, utilizing bedside monitors, and providing comprehensive care guided by the EPIC electronic medical record system. Nurses will collaborate closely with a dedicated team, including charge nurses and CNAs, ensuring a positive patient experience while adhering to unit standards.
