Therapist position at Providence St. Elias Specialty Hospital in
Anchorage, AK! Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hr Day shifts, 40
hours per week. $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an
accredited university. Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon
hire or California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire 1 year

range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
