Description Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates
occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by
the American Occupational Therapy Association. Daily therapy is
performed under the order of a physician licensed in the State of

Occupational Therapist positions in the Occupational Therapy
Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!
Position is part-time, 0.5 FTE, 8-hr Day shifts, 20 hours per week.
Position is per-diem, 0.01 FTE, Day shifts, Hours Per Week as

Occupational Therapy, Or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy,
Or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy. Alaska Occupational Therapist
License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association upon hire. Preferred Qualification: 2 years in

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
