Description Assesses, plans implements, and evaluates
occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by
the American Occupational Therapy Association. Provides services to
inpatients, outpatients, Home Health clients, long term care
residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide
important aspects of care, in compliance with medical center
standards and guidelines established by the American Occupational
Therapists Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements
of both federal and state agencies. Providence caregivers are not

Therapist positions at Providence Seward Medical Center, a critical
access hospital in Seward, AK! The position will be responsible for
mostly outpatient long term care (about 80% of the time) and swing
bed acute care (about 20% of the time). Currently available
schedules: full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week. $5,000

Bachelor's Degree - Occupational Therapy or, Master's Degree -
Occupational Therapy or, Ph.D. - Occupational Therapy. Alaska
Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS -
American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: 2
