RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Clinical Social
Worker (LCSW) Responsible for seeing patients with mental health,
substance abuse, social challenges, etc. Manageable caseload of 6-7
patients per 8-hour day Flexible work week: 4 x 10 or 5 x 8 - you
choose the day you want off! No weekends or call schedule
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Must be a licensed social worker Comfortable in a community health
environment COMMUNITY Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Known
