$100,000 annually quarterly bonus A leading food-manufacturing
organization in Sterling, VA, is seeking a Senior Manager,
Procurement to help drive operational efficiency, strengthen
supplier partnerships, and support ongoing business growth. If you

bringing your authentic self to work. Key ResponsibilitiesCategory
Management Develop and execute category strategies for raw
materials, packaging, and indirect spend. Conduct spend analysis,
supplier segmentation, market assessments, and risk evaluations.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance to
ensure alignment across functions. Monitor market trends and
commodity fluctuations to adjust strategies proactively. Supplier
and Key Account Support Act as primary contact for key account
suppliers. Lead planning for new product launch projects. Oversee
supplier and raw material setup processes. Systems and Process
Optimization Utilize NetSuite and Microsoft 365 tools. Implement
new supplier management and purchasing ticketing systems. Build and
enhance SharePoint structures and communication workflows. Identify
and execute digitization opportunities in collaboration with IT.
Analytics Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools. Support
supplier diversity and supplier performance reporting. Track dry
goods performance and identify analytics improvements. Leadership
and Administration Coach, mentor, and train team members on
systems, SOPs, and reporting. Identify organizational improvements
and future staffing needs. Support hiring, onboarding, and SOP
documentation. Project and Program Management Lead cross-functional
IT and operational improvement initiatives. Present to and
influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Support
projects focused on process optimization, automation, and system
transformation. Continuous Improvement Diagnose and resolve process
inefficiencies. Reduce dry goods footprint and aging. Partner
across Planning, Logistics, Production, R&D, and QA to identify
and close gaps. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain,
IT, Business, Finance, or related field. Strong analytical and data
visualization skills (Power BI). Advanced Microsoft Office
proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Visio, etc.).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in
fast-paced environments with competing priorities. Curiosity and
process-oriented mindset; desire to improve systems and workflows.
