Job Description Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time, Permanent) Compensation: Competitive pay with a full benefits package Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory tests to support diagnosis and treatment Use independent judgment in assessing test results, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring instrument accuracy Participate in training of staff and students, quality improvement initiatives, and implementation of new lab procedures May assist in specimen collection and cross-departmental coordination Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science (or related field) ASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility to obtain within the first year) 1–2 years of clinical lab experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism Apply Now!
