Job Description:
Art Dorsey seeks an energetic and driven Sales Representative to
join our innovative creative studio, specializing in contemporary
visual arts and graphic design. In this role, you will combine your
passion for art with expertise in insurance services, focusing on
selling tailored insurance solutions to protect artistic and
creative enterprises. Engaged in a fast-paced environment, you will
be integral in building relationships with new and existing
clients, helping to secure the assets and projects that fuel the
creative industry. Develop and maintain relationships with new and
existing clients in the creative sectors, including artists,
galleries, and digital marketers. Design and deliver compelling
sales presentations that convey the value and benefits of
specialized insurance products. Understand client needs and provide
customized insurance solutions to cover risks associated with
various creative projects. Meet and exceed sales targets as
established by the business development team. Stay informed about
industry trends and competitive products to effectively position
our offerings. Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure
excellent service delivery following sales, enhancing customer
satisfaction and retention. Engage in continuous learning about the
arts sector and related insurance products. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Proficiency in sales and customer
relationship management CRMs Ability to deliver engaging
presentations Highly motivated with a drive to achieve sales
targets Knowledge of the insurance market and products,
particularly those relevant to the arts and creative sectors
Licensed to sell insurance in the relevant state or region
Certification in Sales Management (CSM) preferred
