a Territory Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping customer
relationships and driving business growth. From nurturing existing
accounts to hunting for new business, this role is all about

long-term success. What You’ll Do as a Territory Manager: - Be the
Customer Champion: Own and nurture the customer relationship in a
team based selling model. Educate customers on ordering platforms
and provide menu consultations, product recommendations and pricing
strategies to help customers succeed. - Drive Sales Success: Your
success will be measured by selling to customers, increasing case
growth, and acquiring new business. You will do this through
delivering impactful sales presentations and tailoring your sales
approach to individual customers. Effective time and territory
management is critical. - Team Based Selling: Work collaboratively
with our Specialists to assist with top penetration opportunities
and new accounts opening. You’ll also work closely with marketing,
supply chain and customer service to ensure seamless product
delivery. - Lead with Insight: Develop new business by identifying
prospective customers by utilizing market intelligence databases,
as well as business directories, following leads from existing
clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending
trade shows and conferences. - Delivery Resolution: Manage
deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation
department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order
process (e.g., delivery mis picks, short on loads, stock-outs). -
Competitive Advantage: Know the market conditions, product
innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share
information with customers as part of value-added services
provided. - Stay on the Move: Drive your personal motor vehicle to
conduct regular check ins, site visits and follow ups to ensure
customer satisfaction. SUPERVISION • No direct reports. WORK
ENVIRONMENT • Daily outside the office environment working in your
assigned territory, visiting customers in variable weather and
temperature conditions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - 1 year of sales
experience preferred. - HS Diploma or equivalent. - A valid
driver’s license is required, and motor vehicle record must be in
good standing. - Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant
management/hospitality experience preferred. - Excellent oral and
written communication skills and presentation abilities. - Ability
to build internal and external relationships and cold call to
develop new business. - Exceptional customer service and
interpersonal skills. - A competitive spirit with a drive to exceed
goals. - Problem solving ability / organization and negotiation
skills. - Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and
external stakeholders. - Tech-savviness – proficiency in Microsoft
Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus. - Have the ability
