Charlie's was founded in quality, and we are proud that it is still our focus.With a team of dedicated people who are passionate about food, supply chain, and their community we are looking for like minded individuals to help further our goal to enhance our communities through quality produce.--What we offer:An amazing company culture!Medical/Dental/Vision on the first of the month following hire.ESOP (Profit Sharing) and 401(k).Paid vacations, paid holidays.Pre-tax commuter benefits, and onsite parking.Paid sick time after 90 days.--100% Prepaid College Tuition for employees and their dependents.Employee assistance program (EAP).Additional Compensation Details:Salary Information Dependent on Experience and Location of RolePotential 90-day performance-based raiseYearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenureResponsibilitiesTo be determined-Day Shift--The Role--Customers Service Representatives are responsible for handling complaints, enter orders, assist with will call customers, and provide information about products and services.Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited ToProvides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requestsProcesses customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and proceduresWorks closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit itemsProvides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concernsPartners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectationsMaintain a sound working knowledge of all markets and product conditionsNotify and assist buyers, operations and sales support persons by communication of customer's needs and preferences.Maintain effective, professional relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.Organize and provide assistance for special sales, promotions, seasonal itemsResponsible for the administrative tasks required by the Sales Team, including but not exclusive to pricing reports, order guide maintenance, correspondence with receiving teams for proof of delivery and order entryResponsible for Quality and Food SafetyPosition requires performing any combination of the following job duties:Keeping abreast of market conditions and new items.Meeting all company and sales profit objectivesAssist with labels and allocation when neededCharlie's Produce Total Compensation Package includes:Competitive starting payYearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenureWe recognize and reward hard work and commitment.
