Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager in Platform Sales
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strategy and scale operations to support the pilot and launch
of new products across a large sales organization
Evolve the sales motion and ensure strong sales velocity despite
increasing product complexity
Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive sales and adoption of
products
Qualifications:
Fluent in building a data strategy and making data-driven
decisions
Strong experience in project management, organization, and
presentation skills
Thrives in an autonomous environment and able to work with
agility
MBA preferred
At least 5 years of experience in operations for a company with
managed sales, including 1 year of team management
