Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Process Enablement
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for
transforming Donor operations
Consult with Donor departments on the use of low code/no code SaaS
platforms to improve their operations
Guide business units through design, development, and
implementation of solutions
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of contact center and back-office operations
environments, challenges, and best practices
Experience with low code/no code SaaS platforms, such as WalkMe
Ability to identify and vet solutions, develop recommendations, and
prioritize solution implementation
Strong business acumen and ability to lead through influence
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or IT, or equivalent
related experience and/or education
