end-to-end solution supporting the trade promotion lifecycle, from
planning through retail execution, sales intelligence, and
distributor management for the global consumer goods industry.
Are you looking for your next challenge? As a remote Business
Analyst you'll join our fast-paced Global Services team and play a
key role in designing and implementing industry-leading Trade
Promotion Management/SalesForce Automation solutions for global
FMCG companies. We are seeking a strong candidate who can use their
technical knowledge and broad in-field experience to drive the
design and implementation of our product portfolio.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with multi-functional collaborators in workshops and
design sessions
Build functional specifications and configuration workbooks under
the supervision of a Lead
Partner with functional teams working across multiple projects to
configure and implement client solution
Ensure solutions align with customer expectations
Monitor and document changes to baseline requirements by recording
them into the traceability matrix
Investigate, analyse, and resolve issues with software
developers
REQUIREMENTS
Success as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Business
Consultant
Solid grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A second
language is a plus
Stellar Microsoft Office skills
Curious and flexible
Thrive in fast paced environments where frequent change is
standard
Self-starter, committed to going above and beyond

The salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $ 92,300.00 -
153,900.00 USD Annual . Your final base salary will be determined
based on several factors which may include but are not limited to
location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or
