The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for utilizing Charge Description Master (CDM) management software to maintain a complete, accurate, and standardized CDM, with uniform data elements and consistency with clinical practice. The Revenue Integrity Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and trending information being reported or posted in order to identify the root-cause of issues and recommend operational changes to improve net revenue and reductions in denials. The Revenue Integrity Analyst manages all tasks necessary to ensure CDM meets all compliance and financial requirements.Minimum Qualifications: -SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF's vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and two (2) years of Revenue Cycle experience; OR equivalent combination of experience, education, or training.
• American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) or AAHAM Certified Revenue Integrity Professional (CRIP) Certification; OR obtain within one (1) year of hire.
• Two (2) years' experience working in medical billing office.Employee Health Requirements:Compliance with our Employee Health Procedure is a condition of SCF employment.
