The program is comprised of a combinationof didactic training, high definition simulation and clinicalpreceptorship.----As an RN in our StaRN program, youreceive the education and support necessary to develop the judgment, skill andknowledge you'll need to become the highest caliber nurse. --You will havethe opportunity to be mentored by the best, most highly educated and trainednurses within our facilities.----During the StaRN program, you willwork with instructors to complete class assignments, skills training andexercises. Then, you will work with your preceptor during the preceptorshipthat follows.
