As the On-Call Coordinator, you will be the crucial link between our clients and caregivers, ensuring that our high standards of care are always upheld.Weekday On Call Schedule: Rate of pay is $75 per shift. (Excepted workload less than 2 hours per day)Monday 4:45 pm to Tuesday 8:00 amTuesday 4:45 pm to Wednesday 8:00 amWednesday 4:45 pm to Thursday 8:00 amThursday 4:45 pm to Friday 8:00 amWeekend On-Call Schedule: Rate of pay is $112.50 per shift. (Excepted workload less than 3 hours per day)Friday 4:45 pm to Monday 8:00 amKey Responsibilities:Client and Caregiver Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, addressing client and caregiver needs promptly and efficiently.Shift Management: Fill client shifts following our scheduling processes and communicate changes effectively to all parties involved.Troubleshooting: Review potential issues with the Service Coordinator before starting your shift and resolve any arising problems during your shift.Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of activities and communicate them to key team members.Consultations: Handle new client and caregiver inquiries knowledgeably, and schedule care consultations as needed.Backup Coordination: Contact backup personnel when needed and fill in on assignments if a replacement caregiver is not available.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of one year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Valid driver's license.Strong communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.Professional appearance and demeanor.Why Join Us?Make a Difference: Help seniors live comfortably in their homes by coordinating essential care services.Flexible Schedule: Perfect for those looking to supplement their income with weekend work.Supportive Environment: Work with a dedicated team that values open communication and teamwork.Growth Opportunities: Potential to grow within a reputable and trusted organization.Join us in making a difference in the lives of aging adults in our community.
