Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX Designer.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive A/B testing strategy to
optimize user experiences
Analyze user flows, identify pain points, and propose data-informed
design solutions
Utilize data analytics to inform design decisions and measure the
impact of design changes on key performance indicators
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, engineering, or a
related field
Proven track record in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing
projects and their positive impact on key metrics
Excellent aesthetic capabilities to create high-quality interfaces
and graphics
Illustration skills is a strong plus
Proficiency in Figma
