Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call
center-like environment, resolving their needs efficiently
Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance requirements and
carrier guidelines
Assist customers with coverages, billing, policy history, and
resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
Resident state P&C license
Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard
market
Experience in a high volume and fast-paced call center
environment
Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple screens and systems
simultaneously
Bilingual skills are a plus
