A company is looking for a Product Support Representative
II.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, product training, and
technical support to customers
Analyze customer issues and provide technical advice for supported
products
Assist with product development by conveying customer feedback and
requests
Qualifications:
At least one year of direct experience delivering technical product
support in a call center environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic technical ability to resolve customer issues and assist as
needed
Ability to adhere to established business rules and maintain
accurate documentation
Ability to effectively present information and respond to
inquiries
