Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account
Specialist who will be responsible for processing certificates,
endorsements, and change requests, following up on claims and
billing resolutions, and policy checking.
Key Responsibilities:
Process certificates, endorsements, and change requests
Follow up on claims, notice of coverage, loss runs, billing
resolutions, and audits
Perform policy checking and other ad hoc duties
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial lines assistant account experience with
habitational, lessor's risk only, and homeowners association
policies
Active property and casualty license in state of residence
Working knowledge of EPIC software
Experience working with contracts, certificates, evidence of
property insurance, audits, and direct bill reconciliations
Ability to navigate carrier websites
