Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Infrastructure Resiliency &
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage teams responsible for Infrastructure and
Observability, Resiliency, Enterprise Incident Management, and
Performance Engineering Platforms
Drive transformative initiatives to enhance operational excellence
within the cloud environment
Elevate infrastructure resiliency and optimize the performance of
critical systems
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on leadership experience overseeing
Infrastructure in the cloud and Enterprise incident management
teams
Experience managing software engineering teams and fostering a
culture of continuous improvement
Experience managing multiple Cloud and SaaS environments, such as
AWS, Azure, and other leading SaaS platforms
Experience managing core platforms and services within the cloud
environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
