Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Support Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the Security Support team for Presidio MDR
service
Analyze security events, determine malicious activities, and create
comprehensive security write-ups
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, contribute to
best practice policies, and engage in root cause analysis
Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of industry adopted frameworks and
methodologies
Experience working in a Managed Services Security Provider (MSSP)
or Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT
7+ years overall related IT experience; 4+ years' experience in a
Managed Service Provider or customer support function
Ability to lead and manage a technical team and mentor others
