Responsibilities: Receiving and verifying invoices for goods and/or services Coding and entering vendor invoices and employee expenses Handling vendor inquiries in a professional manner Prepare monthly vendor reconciliations Experience using an accounting software(s) (ex. QuickBooks) Providing excellent customer service to external vendors and employees Assisting the accounting team with additional projects and day-to-day responsibilities About you: You have experience in a similar role You are detail-orientated, able to multi-task, organized and problem-solving Having a strong skill set in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to provide excellent customer service
