Fortuna BMC is seeking a customer care center/call center specialist.Pay is $20.00 per hour, 8am-5pm.This position is temporary, pending decisions from the state on new contract. Interviews will be in person.Customer care specialists will answer calls from medical providers to help schedule emergent travel arrangements for medical patients throughout Alaska.Training will be provided by a in office trainer.
