Logitech is seeking a Channel Enablement Specialist to support the Global Commercial Organization (GCO). In this role you'll own the creation and execution of sales enablement and training, both to and through our Channel partner ecosystem. You'll work in collaboration with field sales, product managers, programs and regional marketing teams to maintain a comprehensive enablement portfolio that will aid the adoption and execution of Logitech's Commercial solutions portfolio. This role will be measured on the successful implementation of results-driven sales enablement globally, increasing the SOW and new pipeline opportunities. The role will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendors, product announcements and yearly assessments.As the Global Channel Enablement Specialist you will:Identify opportunities, needs & pain points, to build a comprehensive sales enablement portfolioIncrease brand equity within key accounts for the Logitech For Business product and services portfolioAct as a change agent for "One Logitech", supporting video collaboration, workspace and mobility solutionsCommunicate frequently with the regional stakeholders as well as with the broader cross-functional sales organizations, to ensure that the enablement strategy is successfully executed and adopted.Manage weekly updates acrossmultiple teams ensuring that timelines and milestones are in alignment with inside sales, regional marketing and partner GTM strategiesPrepare and provide business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and metrics, as requireDevelop internal and external communications plans to support new product introductions(NPIs), incentive programs, and toolsAct as the primary point of contact for cross functional Channel teams supporting training, ecom, events, and mediaWork cross-functionally to uncover gaps across program and enablement to enhance the partner experienceBe a change agent to help deliver Logitech'sCommercialbusiness aspirational goalsQualifications:Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent5+ years of channel program management experience, with a Reseller marketing or communicationsbackgroundProven track record of successfully partnering with sales and dealer network within a channel ecosystemExperience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing and sales enablementExtensive experience in customer-facing situations and/or customer journey mappingExperience developing and executing marketing briefs with multiple third party agenciesKnowledge of commerciallandscape, preferredMust be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagementAbility to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignmentsMust be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with global and regional team membersWillingness to travel up to 15%Logitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it.
