Description
Dietary Aide at St. Elias Specialty Hospital
The Dietary Aide provides technical support and performs essential
clerical duties associated with the service of regular,
therapeutic, and modified diets to all patients. Assists the
clinical dietitian with patient needs for tray line and calorie
counts. Checks patient tray line to ensure all patient trays are
correct for diet and menu choices. Acts as a liaison between
nursing and food and nutrition services regarding meal and tray
services.
