recover. About the TeamAlaska Behavioral Health provides
comprehensive therapy services for adults experiencing mild,
moderate, and severe mental illness. Our services include crisis
intervention, psychiatric assessment and treatment, case management
in conjunction with therapeutic services, individual and group
therapy (including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical
behavior therapy), psycho-social rehabilitation services, peer
support, and vocational services. What You''ll DoProvide
community-based services to adults experiencing mental illness in
Anchorage, AlaskaWork on a multidisciplinary team to provide
assessment, treatment planning, psychosocial skills training,
individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention
and other services driven by client need Good To KnowPosition is
based in Anchorage, AlaskaFull-Time, Exempt Pay Range is $65,000 to
$85,000 depending on experienceStudent Loan Repayment and Tuition

encouraged!Clinicians participate in regular individual and group
supervision and are provided with additional training opportunities
as part of our professional development plan.AKBH offers generous

clinical licensure supervision for our behavioral health providers
who are working towards their post-master''s and post-doctoral
clinical licenses. The most common licenses for therapists in
Alaska are Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical
Social Worker. Both require 100 hours of clinical supervision.
Market rates for licensure clinical supervision are $150-$200 and
hour. At 100 hours, that is a $15,000 to $20,000 value - and our
staff receive it as a free benefit.What We Need from YouYou have a
master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another
relevant fieldYou have experience working with CMI clients, and a
background with substance abuse treatment is preferredAlaska
