Express is hiring a Fiscal Assistant or Analyst for a local government setting. This is a 90-day TEMPORARY position with the option to apply for the permanent position directly with the client at the end of this time. This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door! Job Highlights Fast-paced work environment with a variety of tasks Data entry Answering phones Scanning documents Sorting and preparing mail Providing customer service and support Opportunity to apply for long-term position What we look for in Fiscal Assistants or Analysts Basic customer service experience for entry-level Two or more years of experience in an office setting for higher level Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Type 30+ words per minute for entry-level, 50+ words per minute for intermediate/advanced (or data entry score of 8000+ KPH) Self-motivated with efficient problem-solving skills Compensation We have the opportunity to hire either entry-level Fiscal Assistants ($15 to $16/hr) to more intermediate/advanced Analysts ($21-25/hr). Job duties will become more complex as needed if higher-level candidates are available for the office.
