The Operations Administrator reports to the Education Director and responds to budgetary and performance measures, achievement of goals and strategies, and results of monitoring functions. Additional responsibilities include: organization of data, food service, enrollment, safety and health. This person works towards and encourages collaboration with the Tribe's programs and outside agencies to carry out optimal customer services while managing the health, safety, and welfare of un'ina (customers) participating in educational programs. Responsible for field coordination for outdoor learning, including planning, organizing, scheduling, communication, and emergency response coordination in collaboration with Education Administrative team.Essential Functions* Collaborate with Tribal Programs and departments including: Health and Safety (HSE), Security and Behavioral Health , to ensure all educational programs operate within State, Local, Federal and Tribal regulations* Monitor and manage Tribal Database for all Educational programs in collaboration with the Education Technology Instructor* Assist in planning, and participate in events and presentations Coordinate transportation for all educational programs with Kenaitze Transportation Departments* Analyze and assess educational data to monitor program activities.* Collaborate with the Food Services Coordinator to implement the Child & Adult Care Food Program (USDA) reimbursement grant* Co-plan with Educational Leadership; organize and implement Early Learning services, youth programs, and on campus and off-site summer and after-school events, clubs, activities, and classesThe is the intent of this job description to highlight the essential functions of the position; however, it is not an all-inclusive list.
