We are currently searching for a talented,“ SENIOR
PROGRAMMER/PROJECTMANAGER ” to support the Department of the
Interior (DOI)’s Bureau ofSafety and Environmental (BSEE) on behalf
of the Bureau of Ocean EnergyManagement (BOEM) in Anchorage,
Alaska. This individual will be serving as thekey personnel for an
18-month project called “BOEM RE SharePoint Library forPermits”
with DOI and will facilitate Government-Contractor communications.
Thisindividual shall be the primary technical and managerial
interface between theContractor and CO and the COR. BOEM has access
to a SharePoint platform that isinternal within the Department of
Interior (DOI) security network. TheContractor shall create a
library for RE within the DOI internal SharePointsite, on which
RE’s permit- and contract-related files can be stored andqueried by
RE staff.The Contractorshall input up to 10,000 digital files into
the newly created SharePointlibrary, and establish table
relationships that allow users to easily searchfor documents and
run queries. Finally, the Contractor shall provide trainingfor RE
staff in the use of the newly created SharePoint library, and

clearance for the DOI security network, and sign a
need-to-knowagreement for the BOEM intranet network.
· Five (5) years of experience in SharePointDigital Media
Library design and configuration management practices (preferablyin
the Federal Government sector.
· Experience in providing facilitatedtraining on SharePoint to
· Demonstrated qualities of leadership andresponsibility in
managing federal projects to produce a product within cost,schedule
and time constraints
