for a Project Manager with strong asphalt paving project managerial
experience for their asphalt paving operations as well as other
heavy civil road and airport projects. Must have proficient
knowledge of asphalt mix designs, all aspects of asphalt paving
projects from plant production and hauling to lay-down and
compaction of asphalt and milling operations as well as job

Qualifications Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of five years of experience as a construction manager
in construction with an emphasis on asphalt paving construction.
Federal Construction experiences a plus.
Familiar with Federal and State specifications
Ability to interpret blueprints and profit/loss
Complete understanding of construction techniques.
Competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
Excellent communication skills -- written and oral.
Organized, dependable, proactive and punctual.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety
of personality types.
Flexible and willing to travel to various job sites, mostly in
remote Alaska, with potential for other locations.
Demonstrated success in managing large construction
Good understanding of rock quality and gradation.
