How our rail cars look, plays a huge part in the overall guest experience and success of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our domed rail cars. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs a variety of entry-level cleaning and detailing tasks. Routinely, cleans outside of rail cars, collects and disposes garbage, and performs sewage disposal. Routinely cleans outside of rail cars using water hoses and scissor lifts. Perform black water removal from rail cars. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Performs a variety of cleaning and detailing tasks on company vehicles and buildings. Conduct end of night procedures including nightly cleaning and organizing checklist, proper storage of all tools and successful checkout with supervisor. REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals. Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
