Job Description:
Technical Solutions Consultant V Location: Fully Remote (MST
Preferred) Duration: 6-month contract with possibility for
extension Pay Rate: $85/hr on W2 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision;
paid vacation/sick leave As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you
will serve as the primary liaison between our clients internal
business stakeholders and engineering teams. This position requires
deep expertise in the Workday Learning module to effectively
resolve complex technical issues. Technical Solutions Consultants
are inherently inquisitive, adept at navigating ambiguous
situations, and proficient in developing innovative solutions to
meet client requirements. Responsibilities: Configure business
processes within the Workday Learning module. Execute the Workday
Learning setup within the tenant environment. Configure and set up
Workday Learning business processes and environment. Provide
technical support during client testing and implementation. Develop
technical specifications and documentation. Map and load learning
data/content (including SCORM files). Design and implement security
for users in the Learning module. Integrate Workday Learning with
third-party systems. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure
requirements are met. Offer technical assistance to clients
throughout the testing phase, ensuring that all Workday Learning
functionalities align with their specifications and expectations.
Develop comprehensive technical specifications for Workday Learning
configurations. Maintain consistent and professional communication
with client subject matter experts to facilitate successful
implementation and optimization of Workday Learning. Establish
consensus on business processes and design, guaranteeing adherence
to Workday Learning best practices. Conduct data mapping and
execute data loads for learning metadata, course content, and SCORM
files. Design, architect, and implement security configurations for
learners, instructors, administrators, and support teams within the
Learning module. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all
Learning-related data within the Workday platform. Configure
integrations connecting Workday Learning with various third-party
systems. Must-Have Qualifications: 1. Deep Expertise in Workday
Learning Module Proven experience configuring, implementing, and
troubleshooting the Workday Learning module. Ability to act as a
Subject Matter Expert for all Learning-related data within Workday.
2. Technical Problem-Solving & Solution Development Strong
analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues and develop
innovative solutions for client requirements. Proficiency in
creating technical specifications and designing business processes.
3. Integration & Data Management Skills Experience with data
mapping, data loads (including learning metadata, course content,
SCORM files), and configuring integrations between Workday Learning
and third-party systems. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: 1. Security
Architecture & Configuration Ability to design and implement
security configurations for various user roles (learners,
instructors, admins, support teams) within Workday Learning. 2.
Professional Communication & Stakeholder Management Strong
communication skills for maintaining relationships with client
subject matter experts and facilitating consensus on business
processes and design. 3. Experience Navigating Ambiguity & Driving
Consensus Comfort with ambiguous situations and ability to
establish consensus among stakeholders, ensuring adherence to best
practices. Educational Background: Required- Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related
technical field is typically required. Pursuant to the California
