Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical
Project Manager - ICAM PM in Anchorage, AK.
Key Tasks:
- Technical Project Manager will provide technical project
management across a small portfolio of ICAM projects
- Develop and track an ICAM Program Roadmap that paves a vision
for implementing a successful ICAM Program at USAID
- Work with the Program/Project Government Lead to establish
processes and procedures to maintain compliance with Annual Audits
(FISMA -PIVA) and implement any changes that might be required to
satisfy the audit recommendations
- Ensure gaining/maintaining stakeholder buy-in; Keeping their
interest level and involvement throughout the project via
developing and maintaining effective project
communications
- Provide project oversight, working with Functional Lead and
Technical Lead to deliver the required solutions on time, on budget
and within agreed to scope
- Execute ICAM Projects based on the M/CIO approved project
management methodology; ensure the development of all project
management deliverables and artifacts (Project Charter, Integrated
master schedule, Project Management Plan (PMP), Status Reports,
etc.) according to the Project Schedule
- Ensure business and functional decisions are made to accomplish
technical development progress and completion
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical project management
experience supporting IT operations, identity management, or
equivalent
- Experience successfully interpreting and applying FIPS 201,
HSPD-12, OMB memorandums, NIST publications, and CIO Council papers
to active ICAM services covering more than 5,000 users spread
throughout the United States
- Experience applying general subject matter expertise and
consultative support related specifically to ICAM functions,
technologies, approaches, and industry direction
- Experience with and advanced technical knowledge of Public Key
Infrastructure (PKI), including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
certificates
- Experience with and advanced technical knowledge of
authentication technologies including Windows Integrated
Authentication, One-time Password and Federated Authentication
solutions
- Experience performing proactive federal agency level ICAM
architecture planning and implementation activities
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security
