Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Manages the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Nursing Department through effective utilization of self, shift House Supervisors, and Charge Nurses. Job Requirements : Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. BSN Required. Must have minimum 2 years as a Nursing Manager, supervisor or Clinical Team Lead in a Behavorial Health Unit within ACUTE CARE facility / hospital.
