Job Description:
Olgoonik is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our
dedicated HR team, supporting diverse range of governmental and
commercial operations. As a pivotal part of our human resources
department, this role focuses on attracting, evaluating, and hiring
top talent to meet the expansive needs of our dynamic organization.
The ideal candidate will bring innovation to our recruitment
processes, maintain best practices, and enhance the overall talent
pool of Olgoonik. Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the
staffing needs of the company. Network through industry contacts,
association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives. Create job
descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements
for each position. Manage all communication with candidates from
the moment they apply until they get onboard. Screen applicants to
evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Perform in-person
and phone interviews with candidates. Administer appropriate
company assessments. Follow up on the interview process status.
Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets. Proficient in
using HR software and candidate management systems. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple
tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong decision-making and
problem-solving skills. Experience with creating and publishing job
ads in various portals. Certified Professional in Human Resources
(PHR) preferred. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential
is a plus.
