CPR and 1st Aid Certification • Training for Alcohol Professionals,
TAPS • Working knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality
services and operations • Working knowledge of safety standards in
the hotel industry • Strong supervisory / leadership skills with
ability to effectively train, manage and lead staff • Good judgment
in making sound decisions and effectively solving problems • Work
independently, in a team environment, and with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively and
cooperatively with all levels of management and staff,
affiliated-company employees as well as outside business
associates; exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others •
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle
multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure • Strong
communication skills, both oral and written; ability to write
reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals; ability to
effectively present information and respond to questions from
staff, managers and the general public • In-depth knowledge of
Company policies, procedures and employee programs • Knowledge of
KFT products and KFT operations, including details regarding boat
tours and transportation operations • Proficient using
industry-standard computer software and databases • Work extended
hours, various shifts, and on holidays and weekends • Live in close
quarters with others in a remote wilderness setting Minimum

Alcohol Professionals, TAPS • Practical experience in hotel and/or
restaurant management, hospitality management, or any combination
of education and experience that provides the necessary skills,
